The perforated stainlesss steel plate is like to make many perforations on a whole sheet or coil.
After getting raw materials under sheets or coils,we use specialized hole-punching machine to auto drilling holes.The perforation style could be any customized.
The common application for perforated stainless steel plate is for filter,conveyor or connector.
With any requests on perforations styles we can achieve,customer is only needed to send us a drawing in which the preforations structure,sizes and distance between each hole etc.
We have a very regular customer from Danmark,EU that requesting preforated sheet,their drawing is like below,
The customer has a very high requirement on the preforated sheet,they imported from EU and directly used in their facilities,till now they repeated 2 orders with us.Besides the preforation specs,they need us to supply 1.5mm exact thickness,no tolerance is allowed,no matter negative or positive.
