Galvanized coil, immersing the thin steel plate in the molten zinc bath to make a thin layer of zinc adhere to the surface.

It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel plate is continuously immersed in a zinc-melted plating tank to make a galvanized steel plate.

This kind of steel plate is also made by hot-dip method, but it is heated to about 500°C immediately after leaving the tank to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.


(1) Normal zinc flower coating

In the normal solidification process of zinc layer, zinc grains grow freely and form a plating layer with obvious zinc flower morphology.

(2) Small zinc flower coating

During the solidification of the zinc layer, the zinc grains are artificially restricted to form as fine a zinc flower coating as possible.

(3) Zinc-free plating

By adjusting the chemical composition of the plating solution, it does not have the visual appearance of the zinc flower morphology, and the surface is uniform and uniform.

(4) Zinc-iron alloy coating

Heat treatment of the steel strip after passing through the galvanizing bath to produce an alloy layer of zinc and iron throughout the coating. The appearance of this coating is dark gray and has no metallic luster. It is easy to powder during the violent forming process and is suitable for general In addition to cleaning, the coating can be painted directly without further treatment.

(5) Poor thickness plating

For both sides of the galvanized steel sheet, coatings with different zinc layer weights are required.

(6) Finishing

Finishing is a cold-rolling process with a small amount of deformation performed on galvanized steel sheets for one or more of the following purposes.

Improve the surface appearance of galvanized steel sheet or suitable for decorative coating; make the finished product slip line (Lüders line) or crease phenomenon temporarily reduced to the minimum during processing.
