  Heat treatment

  Melting point: 1425 ~ 1510 ℃; Solid solution treatment: 760 ~ 830 ℃.

  Type of steel tube:

  The rolling methods include hot rolling, hot extrusion and cold drawing (rolling) of stainless steel tubes.

  1. Hot rolling (extrusion seamless steel tube) : round tube blank heating perforation three-roll cross rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion tube stripping sizing (or reducing) cooling straightening hydraulic test (or flaw detection) marking warehousing

  The raw material for rolling seamless tube is round tube blank, which is cut by cutting machine and sent to furnace for heating by conveyor belt. The billets are sent into a furnace to be heated to a temperature of about 1200 degrees Celsius. Fuel is hydrogen or acetylene. The key problem is the temperature control in the furnace. Generally, the most common puncher is the conical roller puncher, which has high production efficiency, good product quality, large amount of perforation and enlargement, and can be used in many kinds of steel. After perforation, the round billet is rolled, rolled or extruded by three rollers. The tube must be de-sized after extrusion. The sizing machine rotates at high speed through the conical drill bit into the steel billet for drilling, forming a steel tube. The inner diameter of steel pipe is determined by the outer diameter length of the drill bit of the sizing machine. After sizing, the steel pipe enters the cooling tower and is cooled by water spraying. After cooling, the steel pipe is straightened.

  The rolling method of cold drawn (rolled) seamless steel tube is more complex than that of hot rolled (extruded) seamless steel tube. The first three steps of their production process are basically the same. The difference starts from the fourth step, after the round pipe blank is hollowed, it shall be headed and annealed. After annealing, a special acid solution is used for pickling. After pickling, apply oil. It is then followed by a series of secondary cold drawn (cold rolled) billet tubes, which are specially heat-treated. After heat treatment, they are straightened. After straightening, the steel pipe is sent by conveyor belt to metal flaw detector (or hydraulic test) for internal flaw detection. If there are cracks or bubbles in the steel pipe, they will be detected. After the steel tube quality inspection also through the strict manual selection. After the steel pipe quality inspection, spray the serial number, specification and production batch number with paint.
