1.Hardness: annealing, quenching and tempering, less than 255HB; more than 56HV.
2.Heat treatment specification:
1) 800 ~ 920 degrees of annealing, quenching, slow cooling;
2) 1010 to 1070 DEG C oil cooling;
3) back to the fire, 100 to 180 DEG C fast cooling.
