Process, performance:
Hot rolling is a relatively simple product in steel. It can be produced by basic steel mills in China. It can be used for ordinary stamping, bending and stretching. Difference from cold rolled coil:
Hot rolled coil is a processed product before recrystallization of the slab. Cold rolled coil is the subsequent processing of hot rolled coil. The steel coil generally has a weight of about 15-30T. The thickness is generally above 1.8mm. This year, China's hot rolling production capacity has been continuously expanded. There are already dozens of hot rolling production lines, and some projects are about to be built or put into production. Steel coils are sold mainly for large customers, and general users do not have unwinding equipment or have limited usage. Therefore, the subsequent processing of steel coils will be a promising industry. Of course, the current large steel mills have their own unwinding and flattening projects.
