4x8 standard stainless steel sheet are standard for plate and sheet in width and length. Regularly,plate and shaped steel with thicker wall (<3mm) are cold rolled along with 2B mill finish,but thickness(>3mm) are hot rolled with No.1 or picked ice mill finish while sheet, fast molding, high yield, and no damage to the coating,can be made into a variety of forms, cross section.

Although there is no hot plastic compression molding process, there is still residual stress in the section, and effect the bucking characteristics of steel. Bubbles, cracks and loose formed in pouring, can also be welded under high temperature and pressure.

BA surface gloss is excellent, there is a high mirror surface.

Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot blasting pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling + surface polishing + quenching and tempering rolling.
Because of the cold rolling process it is widely used in all walks of life, such as various kinds of cold stamping parts, cold cold extrusion, cold spring roll, cold drawn wire, cold heading bolt etc.

Processing technology: on the 2D or 2B products with the appropriate size of the abrasive material for grinding and polishing to the mirror effect. For 4x8 standard stainless steel sheet , it is the normal width and length for plate. Uneven cooling causes residual stress. Because a certain degree of processing hardening, low toughness, the price is cold rolled steel plate more expensive
