Core stainless steel foil USES 316LTA (tension annealing) material. The range of choice is wide ranging from the maximum 48 hours of delivery to the inventory order, and always guarantee the flat and 2% thickness tolerance of 1mm.

Thickness: 0.02 mm - 0.50 mm (0.8 mil - 20mil). Including 0.03 mm, 0.04 mm, 0.06 mm, 0.07 mm, 0.09 mm, 0.11mm, 0.12 mm, etc...
Width < 0.35 (0.14 mil) : maximum 610mm (24 ") > 0.35mm (0.14 mil) : maximum 500mm (19.7) 10, 0.13.0.15 mm (4, 5, 6 mil) : maximum 690mm (27.2).
The tolerance standard is 2%, and we can deliver products that are low to 1%. Ra < 0.15 m (usually < 0.10), special surface conditions.
