Item 321 stainless steel round bar belongs to Ni-Cr-Ti type austenitic stainless steel, which has the feathers of abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance and creep resistance. It can be used for manufacturing lining and conveying pipe of wear-resisting acid container and wear resistant equipment.
One of the element Ti is as a stabilizing element exists in 321 stainless steel round bar, but it is hot strong steel at high temperature which makes it much better than Grade 316L. 321 stainless steel round bar can be used in the manufacture of wear and wear acid container equipment lining, pipeline in organic acid and inorganic acid with different concentration and different temperature, especially has a good resistance to abrasion performance in oxidizing medium.
321 stainless steel round bar is a Ni-Cr-Ti type of austenitic stainless steel, and its performance is very similar to Grade 304, but it has a better resistance to grain boundary corrosion and high temperature strength because of the addition of titanium. As a result of the addition of metal titanium, it effectively controls the formation of chromium carbide.
321 stainless steel has the characteristics of excellent high temperature stress breaking properties (Stress Rupture) and high temperature creep resistance (Creep Resistance), and its mechanical properties are better than those of Grade 304 stainless steel.
