Stainless steel seamless tube is a kind of long steel with hollow section and no joints around it. The thicker the wall thickness is, the more economical and practical it is. The thinner the wall thickness is, the higher the processing cost will be.

　　The process of the product determines its limited performance, generally the precision of stainless steel seamless tube is low: uneven wall thickness, low surface brightness inside and outside the tube, high fixed-size cost, and the pits, black spots inside and outside the surface t are not easy to remove; its detection and shaping must be off-line treatment. Therefore, it manifests its superiority in high pressure, high strength and mechanical structure.

　　Manufacturing process of stainless steel seamless tube:

　　1.Hot-rolled (extruded seamless steel tube): tube blank heating perforation three-roll cross-rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion stripping sizing (or reducing) cooling straightening hydraulic test (or flaw detection) marking storage

　　2.Cold-drawn (rolled) seamless steel tube: round billet heating perforation tapping annealing pickling coating (copper) multi-pass cold-drawn (cold-rolled) billet heat treatment straightening hydraulic testing marking storage.
