Hot dip galvanized steel coil with 80g is made of hot-dip galvanized coil, hot-dip aluminum-zinc coil, electro-galvanized coil, etc., after surface pretreatment, and then coating one or several layers of organic coating on the surface. The outside zinc coating could be adjusted according to different demand and application.The portion of zinc coating is marking by g/m2,like Z60 which means there is 60gram zinc coating on per square meter.The max.coating we can achieve is 500g/m2. A hot-dip aluminum-zinc plate (55% Al-Zn) is used as a new coated substrate, usually containing an aluminum-zinc content of 150 g/m2 (double-sided).
