  Performance

Among the 321 stainless steel plates, Ti exists as a stabilizing element, but it is also a heat-strength steel, which is much better than the 316L stainless steel plate in high temperature. The 321 stainless steel plate is especially suitable for organic acids and inorganic acids at different concentrations and temperatures. It has good abrasion resistance in oxidizing medium, and is used for manufacturing lining and conveying pipeline of wear-resistant acid container and wear-resistant equipment.

The 321 stainless steel plate is a Ni-Cr-Mo austenitic stainless steel plate, and its performance is very similar to that of the 304 stainless steel plate, but it has better resistance to intergranular corrosion and high temperature strength due to the addition of titanium metal. Due to the addition of titanium metal, it effectively controls the formation of chromium carbide.

The 321 stainless steel plate has excellent high temperature stress breaking (Stress Rupture) performance and high temperature creep resistance stress mechanical properties superior to 304 stainless steel plates.

  Difference

The difference between 321 stainless steel plate and other stainless steel plates

  321 titanium

  316 with molybdenum

304 contains neither titanium nor molybdenum

Mo2Ti contains both molybdenum and titanium. 316L is the best performance, 321/304 is generally
